Testimonials
“Suzannah's ability to hold space for creative expression, both in person and virtually, is a gift. Our thoughtful and holistic sessions continue to transform and grow my musicianship in unexpected and deeply nourishing ways. They are just delightful! Suzannah has introduced me to numerous tools, exercises, visualizations and songs that have increased my capacity to inhabit and return home to my singing body. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone.”

"Whenever I have a private lesson or observed Suzannah teaching others, I feel her unique gift to guide people into exploration and relaxation of their own voice. Singing is in her bones and in her heart. She comes from a place of confidence and joy that can only come from someone who has lived her life surrounded by music and living in her own voice from an early age. She helps students free their voice with more than techniques. She knows that sound comes from the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. She can lovingly support you as you explore these levels. She has done this for me."
— Meredith Balgley
“I never sang before in my life (was told I shouldn't sing, as I was awful) and always wanted to reach into that unknown universe. Suzannah has provided me with the opportunity to fulfill this lifetime goal of actually singing, and learning distinctions to actually sounding good. Thank you so much for opening me to a new view of the world where I can participate in this wonderful expression of joy. I so appreciate your masterful teaching methods and allowance of everything.”

"You gave us a master class in teaching yesterday. It played out in front of us all, with both of you vulnerable to the group. You held her in steady hands, guiding and instructing with a surety that was lovely to witness. The deep rolling truth of it all is that you have a conviction and passion and love as a teacher that is felt and experienced by us all. It was a beautifully moving lesson—of vocal instruction AND woman power.
I have been remiss in that I have never fully expressed to you what a treat is has been to be part of WACC. You never dumb down the songs for us; rather, you raise us all up to a higher standard. I love that. I describe you as a beam of light to my friends, and every one of them who has attended a concert agrees. As a teacher myself, I know the tremendous energy that is required to inspire as opposed to merely instruct and I just wanted you to know that it is noticed and appreciated."
